GEI’s Tumble Drier quickly and uniformly dries garments after
hydro extraction using a top heat source, rotating stainless-steel drum,
and suction blower for efficient hot air circulation.
GEI's TRUMBLE DRIER is used to dry the garments completely after the water is removed from hydro extractor. The principle of working is, there is a heat source at the top (Electrical/steam/gas), inner rotating drum and suction blower at the bottom. The blower sucks the air from the top which is heated by the heat source and interact with moist cloths . The hot air then dries the cloth and moisture its carried away drying the cloths. The inner drum is AISI304 Grade stainless steel duly perforated for effective heat transfer3 lifter are provided for effective tumbling action.
Tumble dryer is a machine that is used to remove moisture from a load of clothing, bedsheets and other textiles, usually shortly after they are washed in a washing machine or washer extractors. It is used for 100% drying of clothes after wash & spin dry.
